. Any bookings that have been made and where publishers/suppliers have had their profile on the WMM website for more that 14 days will be charged 30 per cent of the total fee.
Exhibitors who cancel after 1 March 2013 will be charged the full amount of their chosen stand. Delegate cancellations received after 1 March 2013 cannot be refunded/will be charged in full. Delegates can, however, send a representative from the company in their place. Bookings made after 1 March 2013 are taken as confirmed and will be charged in full. Any ‘no shows’ to the event will also be charged in full.
Exhibitors have a space to dislay magazines and branded products, delegates are not permitted to commander a table in the meeting area, by putting up signs, or contantly leaving magazines on the table.
Marketing materials can only be distributed at one-to-one meetings or from exhibition stands
Neither FIPP nor WMM can accept any liability for any inconvenience, accident, injury, illness, loss or other damage, delay, curtailment or strike action, howsoever caused.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that their customs clearance documents are accurate and neither FIPP nor WMM will be liable for any goods that do not clear customs.

Exhibitors and delegates are responsible for all aspects of visa arrangements. FIPP/WMM will not refund anyone who fails to get a travel visa in time for the event.
